We also are proud to sell limited edition pieces, with genuine serial numbers. At WOL we also carry pre-owned watches, but we certify those with our in house watch-maker and always include a one-year warranty.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

As we have mentioned before, customer satisfaction is the top priority at World of Luxury and why our warranty reflects that. All products sold are covered by original manufacturer’s warranties, or our in house warranty.  Most of the warranties are 2 years, but all of them carry at least a 1 year guaranteed warranty.

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, World of Luxury offers a warranty service to our customers. This secondary warranty will cover any and all repairs or parts that might not be included in a manufacturer’s warranty.

Striving to meet or exceed the terms of our manufacturer’s warranties while still providing the lowest prices to our customers is very important to us here at World of Luxury. Because of the lead time for manufacturers repair work, we want to streamline the process by working with our own service centers allowing us to expedite repair and provide lower costs associated with warranty issues.  Being able to reduce a repair cycle that can take eight to twelve weeks is vital to providing the highest level of customer service for our clients.

Further support is provided here at World of Luxury by allowing you to ship your timepiece in for repair even after your warranty has expired.  We can save you time and money by being able to repair for you at cost.  The turn-around time for repairs is approximately four to six weeks, half the time from most of the manufacturer’s repair dealers.  We ensure that you only pay what is owed to the service center, we do not have any surcharge and provide this as a benefit to our customers.  Providing the highest level of customer service is something we are proud of and is reflected in our relationships.  We also offer complimentary bracelet sizing, so please provide your wrist size when you place your order so we can be timely in getting this order shipped.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Continuing our high level of customer service to our clients we provide a 14-day money back guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days and return your purchase to our office address within 14 calendar days from your original shipment date.

RETURNED ITEM POLICY

The returned item needs to be received in the same original new and unused condition, unworn and unaltered, with the original packaging and paperwork.  All manuals, parts and accessories needs to be included in the box, and the condition should be identical to our original shipment.  ‘New and unused’ condition means just that, there should be no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, tags and all protective stickers should be in place, and there should be no signs of wear on the product or case.

After receipt of the returned item and upon full inspection we will process a refund for the full order amount, less a 10% restocking fee.  We cannot accept returns on any items with visible signs of wear, or abuse or any item that has been altered in any way.  Even if you have worn it a few hours, the item must be scratch free.  To expect the full refund (less the restocking fee) please remember that it must be in the same condition we shipped it originally. If upon inspection we determine the item is now a worn, or pre-owned watch we will apply a minimum of 20% restocking fee.

RETURNED ITEM POLICY

World of Luxury ships all watches and jewelry items via UPS with insurance for the full value of the product.  Any return shipment will need the same level of security for the return.  All returns must be shipped with UPS, USPS, or other traceable courier that can insure for full value.  Please do not ship Fed Ex as they do not insure jewelry or watches valued above $500.00.  All return shipments must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount of credit you are expecting.  Do not ship COD as it will be refused and if you ship any return uninsured, and it is lost, you will be held liable.

SPECIALS ORDERS RETURN POLICY

Because of our special relationship with our clients we do provide special orders of products that are not in our stock.  A ‘Special Order’ is an item that we do not currently have in our stock, and we order it specifically for a customer from one of our distributors.  Please note that any special order is not subject to our standard return policy.  Any special order is not returnable or exchangeable due to defects or discrepancies.  We always notify our customers that their purchase is a special order item at the time the order if placed.
