Domestic US Orders
Domestic Payments
We accept bank wire transfers, certified bank checks, credit cards (up to $10,000), money orders, and Google Checkout payment options. Please allow 7-10 business days to clear certified bank checks.
We also accept PayPal from verified PayPal members only and ship to verified PayPal addresses only. Additionally, we accept credit card payments – via PayPal or by phone.
We absolutely cannot accept personal checks. No exceptions.
Wire Transfers
We accept bank wire transfers for domestic and international orders. We will apply a 3% discount to your order (this offer is valid only on our current Specials) if you use bank wire transfer payment method. After we will email you our bank wire transfer details, simply print out our email and take it to the bank to make a bank wire transfer. Domestic wire transfer payments normally clear within 1-2 business days. 3% discount will also apply if you pay via PayPal and use eCheck payment method.

Domestic Shipping
We ship all our domestic orders via UPS, the shipping rates are as follows:
- UPS Ground: FREE Shipping anywhere in the US
- UPS 2nd Day Air: $29.99
- UPS Next Day: $39.99

International Orders
International Payments
We accept bank wire transfers and PayPal payments on international orders. PayPal payments are accepted on orders up to $5,000 only. PayPal payments are accepted from verified PayPal members only and will be shipped to verified PayPal addresses only. Please allow 5-7 business days to authorize and clear international PayPal payments.
Due to increased frequency of fraud cases, we can no longer accept credit card payments on international orders. No exceptions.

International Shipping
We ship our products worldwide via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on customer´s location and preference. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Due to the nature of our business and the high prices of the products we sell, we require that all items be shipped with insurance coverage.
Shipping and insurance costs will vary depending on the product´s costs and buyer´s location.
If payment is submitted via credit card or PayPal, we will ship international orders only to the address registered with credit card or PayPal.
Please email us and we´ll gladly provide you with shipping and insurance costs of the product(s) you´re interested in.
Returns
World of Luxury strives to provide the highest levels of customer service to our clients. All of our products are 100% authentic and are backed by our 7-day money back guarantee. If you´re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the original packaging, with all papers and original box. Upon receipt of return item, we´ll fully inspect the product and if it comes back in the original condition, we´ll refund full payment, no questions asked.
We stand behind our products and when it comes to issuing refunds, we don´t play any games, so there are no hidden charges or restocking fees. We only ask you to pay for shipping to return the items back to us.
To request refund of your purchase, you must notify us by phone or via email within 3 days of receipt. The item has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered, all original documents should be included with your return. We cannot process returns/refunds if the watch has been worn and shows signs of wear (scratches, dings on case, dial, strap, caseback, etc).
Special orders are NOT returnable/exchangeable except due to defects or discrepancies. We will inform you if your order is considered a special order.

Because WorldofLuxuryUS.com sells products with our own pricing system, rather than the retail prices suggested by the manufacturer, you will be able to save money on our products. This means that we offer our own warranty system, to save you time.
In the past, when we offered warranties through the manufacturer's system, many customers found that the timepieces would take too long to be worked on. The manufacturers forward the repairs to authorized service centers, rather than servicing them in-house, and the turnaround time could last anywhere from eight to twelve weeks as a result. This also incurred extra costs from time to time. When we process general repairs through our own warranty scheme, on the other hand, we are able to turnaround the timepiece within four to six weeks. This is because WorldofLuxuryUS.com has managed to develop relationships with multiple service centers to expedite this process.
To highlight the benefits offered through our own warranty program, we promise to match or exceed the length of the warranty that you would receive from the manufacturer. After this warranty expires, you can still forward your timepiece to us for repairs at cost. WorldofLuxuryUS.com also offers bracelet sizing services, which will be free if links need to be removed. If links must be added in, however, this will incur a minimal fee. WorldofLuxuryUS.com does not ship the same watches that are pictured in the images on our website. We are also not affiliated with any authorized manufacturers advertised.
2 Year Warranty – WorldofLuxuryUS.com Warranty
At WorldofLuxuryUS.com, the satisfaction of our customers comes first. We make ongoing efforts to ensure that you have access to the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. In addition to price, we strive to offer the highest quality of customer service throughout any interaction or transaction. We guarantee that all watches sold by WorldofLuxuryUS.com have their original manufacturer serial numbers, and that they are guaranteed to be authentic and original. We provide a Certificate of Authenticity to prove this, which is authorized with a signature from WorldofLuxuryUS.com.
In addition to the Certificate of Authenticity, we offer a two year warranty on service to our customers. This warranty is not offered as a result of manufacturer suggested retail pricing, and because we are not affiliated with the manufacturers, we can offer our own warranty to customers. We strive to meet or exceed the terms of manufacturer warranties, while still providing our customers the lowest possible prices. In the past, we would send timepieces to the manufacturers for repair. Because many of them outsource their work, the entire process can take anywhere from eight to twelve weeks. We have streamlined this process by working with our own multiple service centers, expediting repair and lowering the costs associated with warranty issues.
Once your warranty has expired, you can still ship your timepiece to WorldofLuxuryUS.com, and we will be able to have it repaired for you at cost, to save you time and money. The full turnaround time for repairs through our dealers is approximately four to six weeks, shaving the repair time in half. We will ensure that you do not pay a penny more than what is owed to the service center, to uphold our standards of customer service. Another service that we offer is complimentary bracelet sizing. It's best to provide your wrist size at the time of your order so that this can be completed.
Some other factors to note as part of our services at WorldofLuxuryUS.com is that although the pictures on our website represent the latest models, you will not be sent the actual watch that appears in the photograph, merely one of the same model. We are not affiliated with the manufacturers or dealers that we advertise, but offer their products at a low cost to our clients, with the two year warranty included as part of our overall service. This commitment to customer satisfaction is meant to enhance your overall experience.
Repairs
All our products are brand new and are covered by original manufacturers´ warranties. In case repairs are needed, we can help you get in touch with authorized repair shops and get your item fixed at no cost. If you have any questions about product repairs, please don´t hesitate to email us.
