The special event to honor famous prize fighter Ali took place on Saturday, March 24th. The watch was presented to Muhammad Ali at an annual event in Phoenix, Arizona, the Celebrity Fight Night Gala, which was attended by many famous Hollywood celebrities including actor Tom Hanks. The annual gala has been supported by Ali for many years, and was originally conceived to raise funds for his charity, the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center. It was the 18th year that many of Ali's Hollywood friends were present to support the well-known charity.
